Hojjat oleslam Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of the founder of the Islamic Republic has sought the massive participation of public masses at rallies marking 46th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
Seyyed Hassan Khomeini in remarks said the participation will be a display of unity among various segment of the society and confront all types of conspiracies by the enemies and foes in such a sensitive times.
The reputed scholar stressed the necessity for all Iranians to support the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and the ideals of the late Imam Khomeini, especially at this extremely sensitive juncture.
"By participating in the 22 Bahman rallies, let us show and demostrate unity against animosity of foes. The Islamic revolution was formed and emerged victorious out of dignity. let us be careful not to lose this dignity," he said.
Meanwhile, various organizations, parties, and governmental and non-governmental groups, including the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), the public relations office of the Judiciary, the Islamic Labor Party, the Islamic Information Dissemination Organization, and the Ideological-Political Organization of the Police, have issued separate statements calling on the people to participate in the February 10 rallies.
Iranians are marking the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, with millions of people are set to hold rallies to reaffirm support for the Islamic establishment.
Despite facing persistent enmity and external pressures, the Islamic Republic has emerged as a powerful force that didn’t experience the fate of other revolutions.
Its success lies in the fusion of two powerful concepts, Islam and Republic.
